Austin Pro Services provides home services services to residential and commercial customers in Austin, TX, and surrounding areas. The specific services, pricing, and terms for each job will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement provided prior to work beginning.
We provide free assessments for most services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may differ from estimates if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the service. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the service area at the scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
An adult (18 years or older) should be present or accessible during service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Overdue accounts may be subject to late fees and collection efforts. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, if payment is not received as agreed.
Austin Pro Services stands behind our workmanship. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 30 days of service completion, and we will work to make it right.
Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are passed through to you according to their terms. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin Pro Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.
You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the property where services will be performed. You agree to inform us of any known hazards, pets, security systems, or other conditions that may affect our ability to safely perform services.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Austin Pro Services or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Austin, TX.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TX, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
